Try to think about the moment you got your new Android phone, your friends threw you a surprise party or when you finally graduated from your university courses. Well, do you feel happy? excited? thrill? fun? Some would express it in a more poetic way.. "over the rainbow" or give percentages to the level of your happiness and excitement. These are the positive ones.
Now, think of the opposite. Imagine the moments of you being dumped, been betrayed by your dearest friend, left aside by your family or being ignored and pushed away by your close friends. How would you feel this time? Sad? Disappointed? Lonely? Frustrated? Devastated?
Are these words enough to describe how you feel? How you ACTUALLY feel? The answer is no. The thing is, the real person who had gone through the real thing is YOU. Not others and that is why those feelings are INDESCRIBABLE.
When sometimes things get too hard, you find it very hard to express how your felt towards others. Even if you shared your feelings and thoughts, it wasn't enough because you may not or couldn't get the solution you want. Seeing things that made your feelings worse makes you more speechless and hence the word "EMO" = abnormally silent to oneself and keep oneself from interacting with others.
